TASTING NOTES :
The Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a colour with good intensity and with purple touches reminding of ruby and has a wide range of red fruits aromas (redcurrant, fresh cherry flesh). The structure is nicely supple due to ripe tannins and can be appreciated in its prime youth.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
This wine matches perfectly with good delicatessen, but also with an old good Camembert cheese from Normandie.
