The Chablis Premier Cru is one of the best Chablis Premier Cru produced in the Chablis area. It grows on the south – western slopes along the Serein river and has an exceptional exposure. After
pressing, the juice is vinified in a stainless tank with a strict control of temperature.

TASTING NOTES :
The green reflections and the golden – yellow colour give to the Chablis Premier Cru is original appearance. In the mouth, this wine has mineral touches with green – apple aromas. The texture is
harmonious, fullbodied with a very long persistency.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Chablis Premier Cru will match quite well with white meat or goats cheese.
