TASTING NOTES :
The Chablis is limpid, fresh, light and well – fruited. This wine covers a wide palette of white fruits and white flowers aromas. Robust, often marked by mineral aromas with a touch of citronella.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Chablis will match wonderfully with seafood (crabs, lobsters, oyster shells etc.) but also with a dry goat cheese.
