GROWING AREA :
The Mâcon Villages grows right next to the Pouilly Fuissé area, on well balanced soils exposed east/south east wards. Therefore the wine has much in common with the Pouilly Fuissé.
12 000 bottles per year.
TASTING NOTES :
The Mâcon Villages has a shiny golden colour. The scent is open on floral and honey touches, which give minerals and spicy fragrances. The taste is full, with a balance between freshness and
power which makes it charming and delightful to drink, as of today.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Mâcon Villages will match wonderfully with fresh salmon or grilled lobster, both with aromatic herbs.
SERVE AT :
2011 to 2012.
