GROWING AREA :
The Mercurey vineyards are growing on the “Côte Chalonnaise” in the south of Côte d’Or.
QUANTITY :
60 000 bottles per year.
TASTING NOTES :
The Mercurey has red fruits fragrances (cherry, raspberry) with a very intense ruby colour and crimson nuance. In the mouth, the Mercurey has a great flesh with silky tannins, the wine is mellow.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Mercurey will match very well with craft pork meat products but also a piece of beef cooked with morels.
