GROWING AREA :
This great village is situated to the south of Beaune, in the heart of Côte de Blancs. The best parcels producing Meursault are planted in the middle of the slopes facing East and are ideally turned towards the sun from the rising to zenith.
12 000 bottles per year.
TASTING NOTES :
The colour is a brilliant yellowgold, with a hint of green. The nose fresh and buttery, revealing citrus aromas, enhanced by fine woody notes. In the mouth it is full and fleshes out well. The finish is long, dry and fine, marked by fruity hints and a touch of hazelnut. A dry Meursault, well made, with the promise of a great future. A wine that must be tried.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Meursault will be wonderful with fillet of grilled mullet or lobster.
