GROWING AREA :
The Saint – Véran are produced around the Saint – Véran, Solutreé and Davaye villages, on a total area of roughly 2,400 acres.
QUANTITY :
120 000 bottles per year.
TASTING NOTES :
The Saint – Véran has a green golden colour and has a fruity, tender flavour of incredible roundness. It develops white flesh fruit aromas which become white flower touches (acacia) and finally broom.
RECOMMENDED DISHES :
The Saint –Véran will match perfectly with steam – cooked delicate flat fish cooked with its white butter sauce.
